Jon spent several years practicing in sunny South Florida before returning home to Sarnia to be closer to family and friends. Outside of the office, Jon enjoys travelling, golfing, and spending time with loved ones. With a passion that intersects his career, Jonathan is excited for the opportunity to provide expert level care and best practices to the community that raised him.

Before joining the team at Hear Sarnia, Lisa has worked over fifteen years in the health care administration field; with experience in both the human and veterinary care. Lisa is a people-loving person who truly enjoys helping others, meeting new people and making their day a little brighter. In her free time, she enjoys reading, long walks along the waterfront and spending time with her husband and their dog, Baileys.

Before entering the hearing healthcare field, Melissa spent two decades in the hospitality industry, where she honed her skills in customer care and communication. She holds an undergraduate degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and graduated from the Hearing Instrument Specialist program at Conestoga College in April 2025.

Outside of work, Melissa loves to travel—she even spent a year living in Australia! In her downtime, you’ll often find her enjoying a good board game with friends and family (and if “Code Names” is on the table, everyone wants her on their team!).

Her philosophy is simple but uplifting: never leave home without a smile.
