Chris Madden
HEARING INSTRUMENT SPECIALIST
Chris is a Hearing Instrument Specialist with over 23 years of experience in the field of Hearing Health Care.
Chris was born and raised in Smiths Falls, Ontario and after graduating from Smiths Falls District Collegiate Institute, he went on to obtain a Hearing Instrument Specialist diploma from Grant MacEwan University. Chris is a registered Hearing Instrument Specialist with the Association of Hearing Instrument Practitioners in Ontario.
Over the years, Chris has provided hearing care to his clients in Carleton Place, Kemptville, Smiths Falls, Perth and Brockville. He is focused on personal and individual service using the newest hearing aid technology as well as follow up care. Chris feels privileged to live and work locally, allowing him to help his clients to hear well and to maintain valuable communication by providing them with hearing devices.
Outside of the clinic, Chris is an avid reader who enjoys spending time with his family, travelling near and abroad, golfing and cheering on the Montreal Canadiens.
Shelley McGregor
Client CAre Administrator
Shelley McGregor has worked in client services for more than 30 years, ranging from Insurance Broker/Agent, Bombardier and driving transport trucks. Roughly 18 years ago she decided to enter the Hearing Health Care industry and trained as Audiometric Technician serving the Carleton Place and surrounding area.
She enjoys camping, kayaking and most importantly spending quality time with her two Grandsons and family.
Sean Cousineau
AUDIOLOGIST
Sean is a Registered Audiologist at HEAR Carleton Place with over 17 years of clinical experience. A graduate of Western University, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and a Master’s in Audiology. He is a proud member of the Canadian Academy of Audiology and is registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).
A resident of Carleton Place since 2020, Sean enjoys the community connection of living and working in the same town. Outside of the clinic, he is a dedicated music enthusiast who enjoys attending live shows and hunting for rare finds at local vinyl shops. He also values quality time with his local family and exploring new destinations around the world. Sean is committed to providing expert, compassionate care for all your hearing health needs.
