Judith Heal
Doctor of audiology
With over 33 years of clinical experience, Judith brings a wealth of expertise and a compassionate touch to our team. After earning a Master’s of Clinical Science from Western University in 1992, Judith went on to complete a Doctor of Audiology at A.T. Still University in 2010. Having practiced in hospitals, private clinics, and ENT offices, Judith is dedicated to providing patient-centered care shaped by decades of diverse experience.
Outside the clinic, Judith is a dedicated volunteer with Hospice Simcoe’s Bereavement Support team. To unwind, Judith enjoys revisiting a lifelong love of classical music (having played the pipe organ in high school!) or settling in for an episode of NCIS—just don’t challenge her to a trivia match unless you’re prepared to lose!

With over 35 years of experience in sales and customer service, Connie has dedicated her career to one simple goal: making people happy. For the past five years, she has focused that passion on helping the local community enhance their lives through better hearing. Her professional background as a Licensed Insurance Broker and a representative in the Business Finance industry has given her a sharp eye for detail and a steadfast commitment to going the extra mile for every client she serves.
When she isn’t in the office, Connie finds peace in her kitchen—provided no one has left a mess behind! To balance the beautiful chaos of a large family (including five adult children and her energetic dog, Charlee), she heads to the loft to sing alongside her husband, a talented musician, or challenge him to a competitive game of darts.
In the summer months, Connie and her husband can be found on their 34’ Sea Ray, fishing and enjoying the waters of Georgian Bay. Once the off-season hits, however, you can find her at the pool hall, where she’s known to hustle a game or two in her local league.
