HEARING INSTRUMENT SPECIALIST
With a decade of experience in the Hearing Industry, Heather Anderson thrives on the personal side of care—getting to know the real person behind every appointment. A small-town girl at heart, Heather is happiest surrounded by her family and four boys.
Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find her tackling DIY home renovations, hanging out with animals, and embracing a life that is fun, active, and delightfully busy.
Laura Moorhouse
Client Care Administrator
Laura joins Hear Carleton Place as a Client Care Administrator, bringing extensive experience in senior healthcare and a lifelong background in hearing care from her family’s 55-year-old business. Raised in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, she earned a Bachelor’s degree from Dalhousie University and a Business Administration diploma from the Toronto School of Business in Halifax.
Having called the Ottawa area home for 34 years, Laura raised two sons here while actively volunteering with local minor hockey associations. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, visiting her 97-year-old mother (a fellow Hearing Instrument Specialist!), and celebrating her Cape Breton heritage through bagpiping, Highland dance, and East Coast music.
