Meet Melissa Fair, Hearing Instrument Specialist at Wallaceburg. With a passion for helping others and a warm, friendly approach, she’s already become a valued member of our hearing care team.
Before entering the hearing healthcare field, Melissa spent two decades in the hospitality industry, where she honed her skills in customer care and communication. She holds an undergraduate degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and graduated from the Hearing Instrument Specialist program at Conestoga College in April 2025.
Outside of work, Melissa loves to travel—she even spent a year living in Australia! In her downtime, you’ll often find her enjoying a good board game with friends and family (and if “Code Names” is on the table, everyone wants her on their team!).
Her philosophy is simple but uplifting: never leave home without a smile.
