HEARING INSTRUMENT SPECIALIST
With more than 15 years of experience, Bill Donaldson has dedicated his career to helping people improve their hearing and reconnect with the moments that matter most. A graduate of Conestoga College in 2008, Bill has been proudly serving the Niagara region ever since.
Passionate about personalized care, Bill takes the time to understand each client’s unique needs and lifestyle. He stays current with the latest hearing aid technologies to ensure the best solutions are always available. Building trust and providing ongoing follow-up support are at the heart of his approach to hearing health.
Outside of the office, Bill enjoys spending time with his family, exploring Niagara’s trails, and cheering on his daughter at rowing competitions.

A dedicated client services administrator, bringing with her 40 years of experience in the hospitality and medical settings.
A 1993 graduate from Fanshawe College in London, in the field of Medical Office Administration. In 1995 she moved to Niagara to pursue her career in the Medical Office field.
Outside the clinic she loves spending time with her family, long car cruises, and roller skating.
