Hearing Instrument Specialist and Clinic Manager
Meet Craig Evans, Hearing Instrument Specialist. Craig is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience serving Windsor, Essex, and Kent counties.
A distinguished graduate of Conestoga College in 2009, he has built a reputation for excellence in his field and compassion for his clients.
Outside of work, Craig enjoys riding his motorcycle and cheering on his two sons as they play hockey. He loves traveling with his wife to sunny destinations and, despite the occasional frustration, remains a dedicated Maple Leafs fan.
Angela Dupuis
Client Care Administrator
Angela Dupuis brings warmth, compassion, and a people-first approach to her role as Client Care Administrator at HEAR Windsor. With a background in Personal Support Work, Angela has always been drawn to roles that allow her to care for others. She has over two years of experience in the hearing healthcare field and finds genuine fulfillment in helping clients feel supported, heard, and valued.
Known for her big heart and empathetic nature, Angela ensures every visitor to HEAR Windsor is welcomed with kindness and professionalism. Whether she’s answering questions, helping clients navigate appointments, or simply offering a friendly smile, she strives to make each experience a positive one.
Outside of work, Angela is a true homebody who enjoys time in the garden, relaxing by the pool, baking delicious treats, and unwinding with a good movie (and a strong morning coffee!). She’s also a passionate animal lover, with a special soft spot for her Siamese cat, Khloe.
